Hand and Stone

Overall it’s a lovely place. I’ve been to other massage therapy places and I find other waiting rooms I’ve been to a bit more warm and inviting. Hand and stone feels a bit sterile and cold when you walk in.

I loved my experience! I just find it very, very costly compared to competitors

Esthetician didn’t ask me any questions about my skin or tell me what Products she was putting on Estheticians at other locations in the past have been friendlier and given a few minute hand massage while mask is on Instead of just sitting there in silence

For what I paid for my facial the esthetician did not work on my neck or upper chest area. All other places where I’ve had a facial have included these areas

The massage is pricy for only 50 mins when they don't get to you right away and thr pressure of many of the massage therapists is very light. Reception also always asks if you want to leave a tip which is. I would not call this a spa it seems more like a physio therapy place. I go because you are open for long hours

I booked my massage and it was really good 10/10 for that but the same was not in case of the facial appointment. Firstly the lady - esthatician dint wanted to spend that much time on explaining about the products and also she did not answered all my queries just wanted to get her work done and leave. it was my first experience with them and it didn't go well. Also the receptionist was initially very friendly but when we told her about this, she was like we should spend more to get a premium service as simply saying to pay more or else this is only service we provide.

Sometimes the massages feels mechanical instead of personal to my needs Each therapist has her own technique I get it but the massage is not completely satisfying for example pressure may be great the the technique was not or vis a versa.

Michael was amazing I was highly satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the facility

Booked online and entered gift card info-but found out after paying the gift card was not applied. Not too happy that it was not used as they made me enter the code online.

The rooms have not been updated. The therapist did not offer herbal scent under the headrest for relaxation or offer to apply any. My experience was not life changing just okay.
