Great service, great location and people. That said, the cost of the laser treatment and number of session required vs actual results is not value for money. I have done laser at other places and seen better results for less cost.

I think it should be 60 min RMT massages not 60 in my opinion but other than that it was very nice.

The massages have always been pretty good. I go to Toni Lee and she's great. My husband has recently gone with Wendy and was pleased. My recent visit was for a facial and I found the aesthician was a bit misleading about the price so I had to use two credits plus more for something I wasn't expecting. Some of the products used also stung/burned my skin and my skin has been dry and irritated since. I usually don't have dry skin, it's actually quite the opposite, a bit more on the oily side. But as of right now, I'm trying to apply moisturizer on my skin at least 3x a day to heal it from whatever happened. Don't think I'll get a facial again.

I always feel I am being “upsold” on my treatment or products

I always used to have Jenne for my facials and even though Amanda was very nice and gave a good facial it was not as I used to have when I had Jenne for my Estetician.

Sometimes Toni Lee can be distracted talking. I prefer a little more focus on the massage. I also would like the technique more interesting.
