My overall experience was good. The ambience was relaxing. However, I still feel sore and bruised two days after my massage.

Suggest more of a relaxed ambiance--busy and loud reception area with many waiting for apps-suggest calming music, scent candles etc. No water given at end of massage as in past Feel loss of ambiance and a business like transaction for a spa like business Reception and therapist kind and professional

The RMT kept talking to me and I prefer a quiet session. This happens a lot during my appointments even when I mention I want a non talking appointment.

Some of the pre Covid benefits such as water, chocolates and cookies are not available anymore. When booking online it's difficult to know which therapist you are booking to see.

I wish my RMT worked more hours at this location so I am able to see him more often! I have tried other RMT's here but wasn't as impressed. Dom is wonderful and truly alleviates the daily aches and pains I experience.

I haven't been for a massage more than once since COVID hit , I have chronic Arthritis, Fibromyalgia & have had both breast cancer & other medical issues since my last visit. given that you are offering Healing, I personally think my file should have been updated & I think any time an RMT is new to me or any regular client (I come weekly) that RMT should take a moment to look at my file, get to know me & any issues & make any updates. Just my thoughts.

Not highly satisfied because the reservation system although is was relatively easy to use, it only showed weekly resolution for availability and for only one therapist at a time. I had to scroll and search multiple therapists before I found a time slot that was available. If left as weekly, allow multiple therapists to be visible at a time so see availability. And the webpage window for the schedule was small, it could have been bigger which in turn would allow more than one therapist's availability for that day to be displayed. I spent at least 15 minutes hunting for the appointment time, when it could have been expressed more intuitively or logical. The Facility and the RMT was no issue.

The only complaint I have is that some of the comments from my esthetician were odd. For instance asking if I eat oily food when I mentioned that I have combination skin, and noting that my neck sensitivity (when I brought it to her attention) was “not common or average”, which was needlessly defensive. I felt that in general it was slightly unprofessional and detracted from the peaceful experience I wanted for a facial. That said my skin was great afterwards so the actual technical work and the product was all very good.

I mentioned that my neck was a problem area and felt time spent on working on my legs could have been shortened to focus more on my neck. Generally the massage was enjoyed.
