The appointment was at 10 am and I got there at 1007. I had to fill up some documents and by the time I got into the massage room was 1015. The massage was supposed to be for 55 minutes and the massage therapist was done by 1100 o clock. The massage therapist was great and she applied the perfect pressure but the only thing I had to say was that, she did not complete the 55 minutes of the massage.

The experience at H&S is similar to my experience at other wellness centers so nothing was done above and beyond what is the norm.

Simple massage salon and greetings as usual Would suggest calming music in waiting area to be played with diffuser scents etc to build the calm and destress ambiance before any treatments Recommend the personal service and water bottle at end of visits as did previously and presently not done since covid started

The therapist was very attentive to my needs but trying to have conversation was difficult. This was the first time I’ve been with this therapist even at this location. I normally go to the Port Credit location but they were booked and didn’t work with my schedule.

I’m paying for a membership. I’d like to be able to access my membership online and no one has been able to successfully link my email to an online account.

I was highly satisfied because it was very easy to book my appointment and the receptionist was very polite. The entire facility was also extremely clean. The massage therapist also was very good and focused on the areas I had asked him to.

Your employees from reception and RMT are always friendly. Linens that are not fraying would make me more appreciative of spending the money I am on my membership. Fraying and new linens take away from the feeling of someone treating themselves. Also, warm towels left for clients is most helpful so that clothing is not stained.

This location and Burlington are ill informed of how to understand membership credits. My experience on the phone and in person is always so excruciating. When I am there the reception is so rude, belching loudly, cracking knuckles ?!?, so loud too"practically yelling, and ARGUEMENTATIVE. I come for a massage to have a "SPA" experience. The massages are great but any relaxation effects are gone once you have to deal with reception.
