The price increased right after I joined, so my first payment was higher than anticipated, then I get an email stated the prices are increasing again, claiming it has been 2 years since last increase and that is wrong! I have not been a member for 2 years, only joining in the fall not even 1.5 years ago, so it has not been 2 years so this is incorrect information claimed in email. Also, I go for therapeutic massage and any physio places that are professional do not expect a tip since they are paid well enough, so it should not be expected nor asked if a tip is to be left and to announce it at the desk. The therapists should be paid well enough that a tip is not expected. I do leave a tip because it is expected by the therapists and even asked after each visit, but this should not be the case with professionals, and it would be included. It's uncomfortable for the client, and I am not the only one who feels this way.

The room was cool and the massage table warmer was not turned on. The therapist quickly addressed it and all was well afterwards.

did precheck in to save time still had to do long medical history all over new system did not have past info waste of time that should not have been needed.

Did not like the selling of services during my facial/ wanted to relax and not listen to a pitch. Skin care pricing is too high. Dermologica PROMO - out of stock. Price skincare products as a ‘Buy more Save More’ option - to invest in the full program is +$350.00, leaving customer dissatisfied that can’t do at home what esthetician did at salon. Extend further the Facial promo deadline given COVID.

I have a lot of stress in my life For the past 2 years ove4 and able covid. Even now. My body was,is very tense. The message definitely relaxed me a lot and I was much better the next day.

I pre book all my appointments months in advance with a specific therapist. My appointment was canceled due to road conditions and trying to re book was not easy based on availability . I wasn't able to get my usual therapist , and the available times given weren’t ideal and I had to take whatever was available .

My RMT was extremely friendly and thorough and checked in with me whether I was comfortable. I had just asked that she concentrate on my back and neck and she did my whole body so I would of preferred more time on my neck/back which needed more attention than my arms/legs.

2 receptionists and 2 customers (= 4 people) requiring to talk within a close proximity - both for social distancing and privacy reasons this is not my preference.

The esthetician’s hair was not tied back and scraggly. The intake form was a wipe board which had been used many times. The marker was well worn and too thick

Every time I check out I’m asked if I want to tip the therapist. I find this a little off putting. I have getting massages for about 20 years and never asked about a tipping.
