The massage therapist was knowledgeable with what he was doing ,made me relax after the session.

The therapist worked on the areas I was having problems with and I felt more relaxed when I left. It would have been nice to have the water feature in operation to listen to while I waited

Love Jenne... she provides a great service and is very personable and wants to ensure a great experience. I booked at a time during a promo of $20 off and when I left realized that was not Applied..... this has happened a few times already so the promos are not automatically applied..... I have to ask which I don't like. It should be seamless and it nvr is when a promo to book is involved. Poor customer service pull thru

My massage therapist paid close attention to areas of concern. He gave me advice about managing my pain. He also gave me some exercises to do. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me.
