All good but I've noticed the last few times I've called in, there has been no answer at the front desk. I know it's extremely busy but there should be a priority placed on answering the phones. There was one day where I tried to get through several times over the course of half an hour or so, and eventually gave up.

I was late because I mixed up the times. My therapist still took the time to give me a full session by using his break time from earlier. So very happy with the service and flexibility due to MY error with the timing. Fantastic
