The therapist worked on the areas I was having problems with and I felt more relaxed when I left. It would have been nice to have the water feature in operation to listen to while I waited

Love Jenne... she provides a great service and is very personable and wants to ensure a great experience. I booked at a time during a promo of $20 off and when I left realized that was not Applied..... this has happened a few times already so the promos are not automatically applied..... I have to ask which I don't like. It should be seamless and it nvr is when a promo to book is involved. Poor customer service pull thru
