I had been to Hand and Stone pre-pandemic, but this was my first time back. My therapist, Jon, was amazing and extremely helpful. He focused on my problem areas and gave me tips to help keep those areas less tense.

Great service, massage therapist ensured that the amount of pressure was comfortable. Clean facility, comfortable beds. I was also offered a discounted introductory massage price which I appreciated.

It was the first time that I had a friendly receptionist. I almost quit my membership because the front person was never very friendly. Not a great way to start.

I have had other massage therapists before but go back to Andrii K for the quality of the massage.

Honestly, my past massages at H&S were just so-so, but ever since I had Falynn give me a massage, I have been hooked! I now always book with her for every massage because she is phenomenal! And so kind and lovely and extremely knowledgeable.

Andrill was great, back, neck and legs felt so much better. I always recommend the Oakville spa. Very clean and friendly place.
