Always look forward to my facials with Jenne. She creates a very relaxing environment and takes the time to assess my skin and recommend the type of treatment we should do. I trust her recommendations on products I should purchase and have never been disappointed. She is a gem!

Alvin was amazing with the level of care he provided. He suggested ways I could ease the stress on my shoulder muscles, and suggested stretching and also made sure he listened to my concerns.

My therapist is very friendly and focuses on the areas I ask her to. She always checks to make sure the pressure is ok. S

receptionist was accommodating to an expired service card.. there was confusion with the expiry date the last time I was there - the matter was resolved extremely well even though I had mixed up some of the info.

Esthetician was very knowledgeable and facial was very relaxing. Skin was very moisturized and felt great the next day.

All the staff at this location are very professional and kind. The masseuse is already really professional and addressed my pain areas well. I will keep coming back to the same location for the same masseuse

I am happy with my service and facials with Jenne, the convenience of booking and the spa overall. I look forward to seeing Jenne and she always has great suggestions for my treatment. I was not happy to find out that I could not use my accrued packages from pandemic shut down for additions to my facial. That was something that I had been able to do previously, and why I didn't cancel my membership when spa visits were not allowed due to restrictions. This limit will make it more difficult to use up the money that I have already spent monthly. If you have suggestions for that I would appreciate it. Thanks, Lisa
