Autumn is always very pleasant and welcoming. Wendy was excellent as per usual. The only issue I ran into is the final one of my 3 payments made for a 3-month membership was not showing on the system. I am awaiting to hear back from Autumn after she has an opportunity to speak with an owner.

Jenne is fantastic. She goes above and beyond at every visit. I would highly recommend her.

It was quite a smooth process for booking the massage appointment. The massage therapist was quite knowledgeable and made the massage very relaxing and therapeutic. This H&S location is very close to home.

The air conditioning was pumping cold air on me during the appointment

Jennie is very personable and friendly. She is knowledgeable about health and well-being beyond her expertise in skin care. I was particularly grateful for her advice on detoxification for natural remedy of deep blemishes. Also, she knows when and how to communicate to make me feel relaxed and knows when to be quiet as I slip deeper into relaxation.

Friendly staff, super clean facility

It would be useful to be able to cheque on membership details online, especially with accumulation of services due to Covid. It would help to combine sessions into double time, or by using points.
