The receptionist listened and responded to my questions in a proactive manner. The massage therapist also listened and proceeded based on my comments. Very good service.

I found Ashley to be very friendly and knowledgeable. She advised as to what facial I would need based on my concerns. The procedure was very relaxing. I was even sent home with some samples.

The therapist was so much more than my last visit. She took the time to discuss the areas of concern and she gave me some follow up tips to help everyday.

Time spent on facial and quality of products used. Cleanliness of room. Friendliness of staff. Felt a bit as though esthetician was giving a sales pitch during the facial.

Jenne is wonderful, kind and patient and she really understands my needs. The service (eye treatment, hand massage and neck treatment) was very relaxing. There was no massage booked

Appointment was on time. Was able to relax. Received a bday upgrade.
