Hand and Stone

The entire process was easy and completed smoothly. The massage therapist was knowledgeable, caring and communicated well throughout the massage.

Have been to Hand and Stone Oakville about 5 times now and have never had any issues whatsoever with reception or RMT's. All RMT's focused on the areas that I pointed out needed the most work and kept ensuring that I was comfortable during my time there.

The recenptionist was very helpful and friendly answering all my wuestions. Very clean and tranquil environment. Massage helped me a lot with the pain and soreness I was feeling. Got a membership! Told my friends and family about my experience! Wish I had come here sooner! Looking forward to my next visit and trying the hot stone massage! Thank you!

Experience was great! Only concern is that I was asked to come 10 minutes early to complete the paperwork, which I did, but there was no one at the desk to pass me the forms for about 5 mins (she was vacuuming one of the rooms). My appointment started a couple minutes late as a result. Howver, the therapist was happy to run a bit long so I received the full 50 minute massage.

Always a pleasure to come to Hand and Stone. Jenne is AWESOME and it was so lovely to see her after so long. Instantly made me feel less stressed during the appointment and had a well needed rest!

I Have always used Hand and Stone for all my massages over the years and been completely satisfied every time. I am presently recovering from hip replacement surgery and have had my first massage since that and was so impressed with the after result the next day. Tracy's massage was wonderful.
