Great massage. Toni concentrated on my problem areas as requested. She did not engage in chit chat but allowed me to relax and enjoy my massage.

I return to Hand & Stone because they provide consistently excellent services. The spa is always clean, quiet, and everyone is friendly and accommodating.

My Massage therapist is friendly, knowledgeable and personable. She works effectively on my areas of concern and always asks if she is applying the right amount of pressure.

Jon is the only RMT that I have seen on a reoccurring basis. He is always friendly, pleasant, and on time. He is extremely knowledgeable and I really appreciate him explaining what hes doing and why it will help relieve pain. Along with knowledge about stretches and general aftercare. I always feel welcomed and appreciate all aspects that Jon brings to the experience. I have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family.

Tracy has a friendly, personable approach that allows me to feel comfortable. Through her overall massage techniques, she has an amazing ability to relieve stress and muscle tension from work and exercise.

The receptionist was bright and friendly. The massage therapist is very expert. I am dealing with a very sore shoulder and the treatment was tailored to help.

The massage therapist listens after asking what the issues are for this visit. The reception people are always friendly & personable & show interest. The ambiance is soothing & obviously clean.

I’ve been going to the oakville hand and stone for many years. Recently it’s been for prenatal massages and I really look forward to them!! Very relaxing but also helpful for areas that are tighter than usual. Receptionist is always so nice, asking if I need to use the washroom before my massage or offering me a glass of water after. I always rebook my next massage before I leave.
