Therapist was very knowledgeable of the pain areas and took the extra time working on it to relief the aches.

Alex my massage therapist is always amazing. Alex always asks how I am and if anything has changed since my last visit. She really makes me feel special because she cares. I would highly recommend this Hand and Stone because everyone is so professional and very nice. They make you feel important.

Overall the front desk staff was friendly and the therapist even remember me even after not seeing her for a long time. Made me feel like a valued customer.

There needs to be an online calendar where you can click on a date and see what times are available, and then select an open spot. It is a LOT of work to make an appointment. I finally just made a standing appointment that repeats because trying to find an opening was nearly impossible. Rather than going back & forth with the receptionist to find a day/time - let the client just self serve from the website.

Toni Lee was great as usual. The receptionist was very friendly as well
