John the RMT is amazing. He listened and worked thoroughly and attentively in the massage. I can say he is stellar and one of the best out there — and I regularly go to Elmwood, Scandinave, Stillwater, Miraj Hammam, Strom Spa Nordque, etc.

Alex was very knowledgeable. She was professional and friendly. My experience was very relaxing and enjoyable.

I've been a member at this H&S location for several years. I've been with four different therapists, the first two were just ok, but the last two - Cam and Cindy - have been the best therapists I've experienced. I've been working with Cindy exclusively for almost two years, and see her monthly at a minimum. I'll be moving to Nova Scotia within the next three months and will miss her service tremendously.

Clean and friendly ambient and experienced massage therapist is very important for me. I also appreciate a serious consideration of safe and hygienic approach which the Hand and Stone provides.

As always, reception is always amazing and friendly. Plus, Cindy is JUST SO GOOD AT HER JOB! She always makes me feel comfortable and does a great job with the problem areas. My only suggestion for improvement is the music piped into all of the rooms. There was a seriously creepy playlist (50s horror flick) on during my massage on Mon 22.

This is a stressful time for everyone and even with the new restrictions the sense of calm that prevails after time spent here was awesome. I haven’t been sleeping well in weeks and was so relaxed during my visit that I caught up on some much needed rest. Thank you Jenne for all you do .. much appreciated.
