It was a lovely experience to be hosted for a Wellness Facial at Hand & Stone, Oakville ! Great staff - beautiful, relaxing facial and welcoming, clean environment. I would definitely return and highly recommend. The Products used on my face (CLARITY RX) were really thought out for my skin type. I really appreciate that. Am a member and have been one for a few years now. I like the location at Maple Grove and the staff there.

From the time I entered until I left I was happy that everyone I had contact with was friendly and helpful. My massage therapist always asks what I need and ensures the issues are addressed. Everything and everyone at Hand & Stone is professional.

I had an achey muscle in my back that I didn’t even realize existed until my massage therapist made it disappear! Great experience overall.

The receptionist was friendly and informative upon visiting the spa. The ambiance was great, and the RMTs who gave me and my partner massages were very knowledgeable and courteous. Our needs were met and we booked another appointment immediately

Appointments are always on time. Staff is super friendly. Facility is super clean. Massage Therapists are very good at their jobs and super friendly which always helps!!

I was highly satisfied with the knowledge and skills of Tracey(therapist). She made me feel comfortable, and checked with me several times to ensure I was not in pain.

Cindy McIntosh is the main reason I go to this Hand and Stone location. She is an incredible massage therapist and person. I tell everyone about her. She is an extremely skilled massage therapist. Cindy is amazing!!
