Overall just happy with Wendy the RMT, the service from entering the door to Hand & Stone, reception, etc.

I felt that the massage therapist really understood my muscular issues and worked to address them. He checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure I was okay.

The therapist clearly has very comprehensive knowledge and training in her field. She helped me with multiple muscle issues with her expert technique and deep pressure.

My masseuse was friendly but not overly friendly so that you felt uncomfortable. He was knowledgeable about the body and was able to release my the pinched nerve. He was able to make further suggestions for things I should try at home to release the pinched nerve.

The therapist focused on the areas I mentioned that needed the most attention and spent a good amount of time to release my stress points. She was respectful in terms of not making unnecessary small talk and allowed me to really relax and enjoy my massage.

The esthetician (Jenny) is lovely, friendly, professional, caring and gives a great facial!

I only came to Oakville because Cindy works there. I use to visit her at her old job. Best RMT I have ever been to.
