The staff was courteous and efficient. The steps taken to keep everyone safe and observe Covid protocol is appreciated. My facial was very relaxing.

Health safety measures where taken, the place was really clean, but most of all I loved the massage, Elaine was great!

I really liked that my therapist listened to me when I described which areas needed more focus. I felt confident that she knew what she was doing and felt the after effects of her great massage

The booking process was quick and efficient on the phone. I received a friendly reminder about my appointment and any forms that needed to be filled out in advance of my appointment. Upon arrival, I was called into a meeting at work and Megan (at reception) was very helpful and patient with me as I tried to sort this out, and did her best to help me still retain the value of what I had booked although I had to cut my appointment short. Elaine was very efficient and gave a great massage.

Staff are well up on COVID-19 procedures and stay welcoming and polite. My RMT is very experienced at makes my session comfortable and effective

Wendy does a great job at putting me at ease and working on only the areas I request. I just don't like being in a closed room in close proximity while the COVID numbers are going up again but will return once those settle. Likely in the Spring.

Stephanie was amazing as usual! She was attentive and listened to my concerns and made sure that she addressed them. She also recommended products that she felt would benefit me and provided samples so I could try them. She was also very careful in making sure the visit was a safe one. It was a wonderful visit!
