My RMT Toni was very friendly and took in consideration the specific areas during my deep tissue massage. Also the ladies at the front are quite welcoming and very knowledgeable.

Cindy asked a few times if the pressure was ok and if I was ok.

I do have other locations that I could use, the Maplegrove location is my favorite.

My boyfriend and I both had a wonderful experience at this spa. We went in for a couples massage and both MT's were very kind and respectful, I had no issues with the room or cleanliness either. I asked for light pressure during my massage and he was able to do just that, it was very relaxing and well done. I also liked that they don't rush you out of the room after your massage is over, they give you enough time to get dressed lie down for a couple extra minutes if you want and then head out.

Great staff, Amanda (aesthetician) is always lovely, welcoming and helpful. I have been going to the Oakville location and it has always been an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Jonathan was excellent; asking if I would like more pressure and tailoring the massage to how I prefer which is more deep tissue. The website did not give me the option of deep tissue when I signed up, so the website may need some help. Otherwise, excellent experience all around.
