Cindy, the massage therapist was great and very knowledgeable of different technics and pressure to apply for an optimal massage. The room had a good ambience with the music and layout.

Appreciate the staff at Oakville branch, Stephanie was above and beyond, and very friendly. Lisa at the front was very professional.

Didn't know what to expect with a hot stone massage and really enjoyed it. My therapist Jon was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience worth it.

Mia was very pleasant to have for my facial. Sometimes it can be embarrassing to have adult acne because people are under the impression that it must be because you don't take care of yourself, but Mia told me that she understood and used to struggle with the exact same problem, which was very reassuring of her to say. I like to talk during my facials, we had enjoyable conversation and talked about possible treatments in the future. It was much appreciated that she said she was invested in improving my skin, I will definitely be requesting her again :) The other staff is also always professional and knowledgeable about their products and services, and the facilities are always clean and relaxing.

The experience was excellent. It is difficult getting the times I request though. That will probably be the reason I will discontinue my membership.

Close to home On time Good massage

Really enjoyed my massage haven’t been in awhile do to Covid 19. Been stuck at home for 5 months & really up tight. With worrying Wendy was amazing & nearly fell asleep What a treat! Can’t wait till my next visit
