I always receive a great massage and feel rejuvenated afterwards. I like to stay with the same massage therapist I am happy with and her schedule works well with mine.

The receptionist who called me to make an appointment was so friendly and knowledgeable to all the updated changes regarding the strict rules and procedures during covid-19 for our safety as clients and the safety of their employees. She answered all my questions without hesitation, and I had a lot, because I am afraid. The client prescreen and waiver sheet is a great idea! I was the first appointment of the day, and saw the ladies inside disinfecting everything! Everyone wore masks, which I was so pleased about! The place was spotless! Reception area, massage rooms, and bathroom area! My 80 minute massage with Andrii was fantastic as usual! He's the best!!

My aesthetician answered my questions about skin care and products. The treatment itself was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I love my membership!

Amanda and the Oakville location show exceptional job, customer service and enjoyable experience. I would always recommend the Oakville location. The membership has always been a bonus for me personally, if you plan to commit for more than 3 months, I highly recommend signing up for the membership.
