It was a great experience. It was not a big deal to wait 10 minutes for my massage but it did start a little late so I chose the satisfied instead of highly satisfied but truly not an issue. The front staff I think should check people in first and then sell services and or explain other options to customers that are leaving. She was very nice and pleasant so again it’s not a biggy but to keep the flow going I just think that it would have been better to check me in or ask me to sit instead of stand and listen to the checking out customers. All in all a great experience. So great if an experience that I signed up for your membership!

The treatment was effective in relieving the pain in my neck. I found that the pressure was perfect and the therapist's attention to certain areas was appreciated.
