I was able to get a satisfactory appointment time when I requested and the service met my expectations

Everything was great except had 5 o’clock appointment & wasn’t any bottled water 💦 offered end of appointment at 6 oclock. Fridge looked empty.

Staff was very helpful when purchasing gifts cards. The reduced cost makes more massages accessible. The massage itself was the best I have received in years.

The environment is welcoming from the front door to the actual massage room. Music was calming and staff would communicate any areas of concern and would listen if we asked them to apply more or less pressure
