Always first rate service My only issue is people who can be loud in the hallway leading to the rooms - that should remain in the reception area

I find the recent increase in price is quite hefty. My insurance no longer covers the cost. (An increase of 11% is unreasonable seeing as most people are getting 3% raises if they are lucky!). I think an increase of $5 rather than $10 (plus tax!) would have been much more reasonable.

My RMT, Falynn Shay is outstanding - one of the best I’ve ever had. She uses a different approach from other RMTs, is knowledgeable and provides a very effective treatment.

I was very surprised to learn that there were usually 2 estheticians working on Sundays. How fantastic. I phoned various locations to learn that it was impossible to find an esthetician working on a Sunday. My daughter and I visited the Oakville location and both of us had wonderful facials at the same time, both finishing at the same time. No waiting. Our skin looked and felt amazing. We loved that hour of pure pampering. I have already booked a return visit. Thanks Again Hand and Stone.

I was greeted promptly. The staff was kind and gentle. I appreciated not being pressured to buy products, or further memberships etc.

I found the experience very relaxing and the atmosphere comforting. The therapist was friendly and knowledgeable, so it was a very enjoyable massage. Would certainly request Alex next time!
