Wei the masseuse was great, did an awesome job massaging my back. The snacks and lemon water in the waiting area is a wonderful idea, makes the wait so much more pleasant as I prefer to show up a bit early to avoid being late and rushing.

Ambiance at H&S is excellent! Staff are friendly! Massage Therapist was attentive to my comfort and needs.

Hi- I appreciate the consistency of Hand & Stone in terms of quality of staff and services provided. I do wish the appointment was a full 60 mins as other massage therapists do give a full 60 mins for the same price. I do continue with H&S because I find that when I am out of benefits for the year (usually buy June)...I like having already pre-paid for massages or a facial or whatever I need as they are banked so to speak. I do wish that I got more pressure though and more pressure points but overall I am happy wit the service.
