Toni-Lee was amazing, everything from from the technique to the hot towels to the heating pad to her professional demeanor; I am so impressed. I've have many massages and I'd say she ranks very high in the list. The receptionists that I dealt with in person at the spa were also amazing, I just wanted to point out that it was a bit rushed and unfriendly with the receptionist over the phone while booking my appointment. Overalls a wonderful experience and will be coming back as a regular customer. I didn't see an online appointment booking system though.

I was in for a prenatal massage. I had recently been elsewhere for one but this one by Maria by far surpasses my experience in the past. She applied pressure when needed and took it easy where she should have. Very knowledgeable and welcoming and I left wanting to go back :)

The girl who did my face wax and eyebrow tint is amazing , she is so friendly and caring. I have had her before and would certainly ask for her again.

friendly receptionist. Friendly massage therapist. Clean environment in the massage room + reception room. i do wish the massage lasted a little longer. Total massage (hands on) time was 40 minutes for my intro which isn't great value for $90 including tip. I arrived 3 minutes before the massage, filled out the clipboard form, talked to the massage therapist, undressed, massage, got dressed, paid, and was in my at 6:40 (5:40 was the scheduled start time). I'm going to keep an eye on massage time the next visit to determine if i continue going here. Other than that it was good.

Service is fast and friendly and appointments run on time. I like the atmosphere at the spa and appreciate the small touches like hot towels and bottled water. And, I've never had a massage therapist I wasn't completely satisfied with. I saw Kyle this visit. He was terrific and clearly understood how to treat my particular areas of concern!

I always enjoy going to hand & stone because of the cleanliness and friendliness. Great membership program as well! Additionally, I find the rooms to have great ambiance. The hot towels and heating machines are also great features
