Andrii is a very well experienced massage therapist and I am always highly satisfied with my massage. The gal at the reception is always pleasant and she recognizes me. She's very efficient also.

Jennie was amazing Very calming and explained the treatment in depth as well as what type of treatment she felt my skin needed. My skin was glowing afterwards and I felt Jennie really cared about my experience, that I was relaxed and my needs were met

Andrii always listens to my needs. He provides excellent service and I am always happy with him. I wasn't too happy with the increase cost in membership but there's nothing I can do about that.

In my opinion, Tony Lee is one of the best massage therapists in the industry. She is customer focused, carefully listens to the type of massage that I want, adjusts the pressure when asked, and is always respectful and pleasant. If I don't feel like talking, she makes sure that the environment is peaceful and relaxing. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. The extra touch of a bottle of water is also appreciated. I have to drive a fair distance to the Oakville location, but it's well worth the drive. As long as Tony Lee continues at Hand and Stone Oakville, I will not go anywhere else for a massage. Congrats!
