Froi asks about my areas if concern. His massage eases my pain. Gives ideas for stretches. Like the massage cream he uses which makes my skin feel so soft.

Adam is always so pleasant and knowledgable with how to handle my ongoing frozen shoulder issue. I trust his recommendations with exercises to help with the issue.

I find appts as needed, the ease of booking is great and my therapist are always great and I have a relaxing experience.

Reception was friendly upon arrival- got me into my appointment fast even though I was late. Michael listened to my concerns with lower back and addressed the issue. Checked on pressure and made good use of time.
