My massage therapist, Les, was very kind and knowledgeable. Barbara did a fantastic job with the fascial and was helpful providing instructions on which treatments would be best for me. The ambience of the whole place was very calming and comforting.

Excellent therapist. Felt like a great massage that addressed thoroughly all issues discussed. Highly knowledgeable and explained things scientifically which I really appreciated!

Room was a little cold but it was very cold outside so understood a little bit Wishes there was a booking system online hat I could pick the available time that fit me best without having to wait for emails back and forth just want to choose my own appointment

Felt very welcomed and comfortable upon arrival and massage therapist was amazing and knowledgeable. Took the time after appointment to show and explain stretches that would be beneficial. Having regular massage therapy helps me with aches from working at a desk all day and also to deal with stress. It's a must. I have a regular massage therapist and am very pleased with the services provided.
