I get what I expected to get

The therapist Froi was very good and the receptionist welcoming

Reception was friendly upon arrival- got me into my appointment fast even though I was late. Michael listened to my concerns with lower back and addressed the issue. Checked on pressure and made good use of time.

The massage therapist is very knowledgeable and caring. He always asks if the pressure is right and helps stretch out tight areas as well

Very good massotherapist and despite starting a few minutes late , caught up but was still 3/4 min short in the end.

Was made to feel welcome, ambiance was lovely and massage therapist was incredible.

I am very satisfied with my massage therapist Jacek. I also like to use my memebership for facials.

Staff is friendly and RMT Ash should actually be working on The Canadian Olympic Team. He is that good.
