Relaxing atmosphere and excellent treatment

I have been highly satisfied with my service wth this specific Hand & Stone location because of the care I've received as well as the questions asked in order to provide the best experience as possible.

Relaxing atmosphere. Very clean Massage therapist very friendly.

The esthetician was very nice and very good at what she does. Will continue coming back and asking to see her in particular

1) The receptionist handled my account transfer (membership with another location). 2) The massage therapist did EXACTLY what I asked and she was very skilled! 3) The receptionist assisted me in purchasing product and her knowledge was quite good.

I've had massages with the same therapist before pandemic and have been very satisfied with her. She knows how much pressure and which areas needed to be worked on

Michelle is an excellent therapist. I did try another when I first started but she was no where near as good. I would not have returned if not for Michelle. The therapist makes all the difference. The ambiance of the room is a little sterile. Would be good to have rooms painted/decorated in more of a spa-like ambiance. The sheets are sometimes cold, so maybe even heating the sheets before the client enters would be good.
