My massage theropist was awesome!

Masseuse was very courteous and accommodating to my specific needs. She was kind as well. She applied the right amount of pressure and left me to relax instead of having a conversation the entire time, which is what I wanted.

I mentioned that I have really bad back pain from working at a desk all day due to the nature of my job. Jason was awesome! He gave me some tips on how I can improve my posture while working at a desk to reduce pain. He spent a lot of time on my back like I had asked and also had time to do a bit of lower body as well. Unfortunately, I will be moving to St. Catherines at the end of the month but when/if I book another appointment at the Hand and Stone, I will be sure to request for Jason.

I came for a massage because I felt very stressed and my neck and shoulders were hurting. I left feeling incredibly light and relaxed. For me, a good massage session iz when I actually forget I'm getting a massage and let myself go. That is what I got.
