The therapist was very professional and asked the appropriate questions. He used the right pressure on my back snd shoulders to relieve the tension. It was 50 mins well spent.

Adam (RMT) is an experienced RMT who always goes above and beyond. Pre-COVID I have been to several RMT's and only Adam is the best RMT I've had to-date. He takes his time to understand the client's concerns and focus area, while at the same time applying his knowledge and expertise of where the concentration should be. He is very respectful, which is a very key concern especially to women, though he had always made me feel comfortable in all the sessions.

Michelle is an amazing massage therapist. She positions your arms to get the knots that are really bothersome out. Very knowledgeable. Always feel great and like it was worth the time and money when I book an appointment with Michelle. The receptionist was also very knowledgeable and helped me pick a package right for me.
