I have been coming here for the last few years. They have always been very friendly and on time. My massage therapist always asks before every massage if I have any specific problems that I would like addressed. He also asks about the pressure of my massage. He is friendly and also gives me advise on stretching to loosen my muscles between visits. I would highly recommend this Hand & Stone. They are knowledgeable and friendly.

Been going for years, good therapist and good location . This survey is very poorly designed- the options are presumptive and don’t account for all avenues and it’s ridiculous to expect this long of a written response

Good Covid 19 protocol. My therapist addressed all issues. I was even recommended some stretches to help keep the muscles loose.

Rita was very friendly and informative. I planned on getting a massage which focused on my back. However Rita recommended a full body massage. I am glad that I took Rita’s advice and changed my massage focus to full body. I will defiantly be booking another full body massage soon.

Receptionist Doreen and therapist Rita were friendly and knowledgeable! Rita did an excellent job of focusing on my problem areas during the massage and listening to my areas of concern. She has gained a repeat customer!

The location is convenient. The staff is friendly and the therapist is knowledgeable and consistent.

Everything was perfect and I was very comfortable. The therapist knew what she was doing, and answered all questions, as needed. I felt safe in terms of COVID safety and cleanliness too.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because of the time that Veronica took with me to understand what areas in wanted to concentrate on and also throughout the massage to ensure I was comfortable.

2 years ago, I was given Gift Certificates as a Mother`s day gift. When the gift Certificates were used up, I signed up for a membership, I haven`t left since. I highly recommend this Port Credit team to anyone needing a good relaxing massage. They are all very good, my favourite massage therapist is Adam.
