The massage therapist, Michael, attempts to relieve the areas of concern that I have. I like the quiet zone , the music - mostly - and the new sheets. I think the plan is a good idea because it forces you to go.

Lily was great, helped release a lot of muscle tension, I was very relaxed after my appointment, amazing after a stressful week.

Well run spa with knowledgeable, friendly staff. The spa is very clean and has all of the required protocols in place to protect customers and staff. My therapist Adam is outstanding and has a sixth sense of exactly where to focus and how much pressure is required.

The therapist provided really good treatment for my concern areas - neck shoulder upper back pain stiffness - she listened app,ied enough press exactly like I like and needed to get the tension and knots out - she really focused on these areas and I felt amazing after loose taller stand straighter yes some initial muscle sorenoss but in good way - got circulation going Just wished it lasted much longer Very satisfied
