I love the owners Micky and Naila and all the staff at H & S. They are very friendly and courteous. Irena is the best, I love her to bits. She makes you feel so comfortable. I wish I could have a massage every day!!! The place is very clean and beautiful.

I was initially nervous to try a chain massage therapy clinic but this is a hidden gem in port credit! As a heath care professional myself, I have high standards. I have seen both Jack and Ash and they are both exceptional. They are professional, intuitive and very good at creating a relaxing atmosphere. This place is the perfect mix between clinical treatment and the spa experience at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend coming here!

Veronica was a knowledgeable therapist She spent time on issues and she was able relieve a lot of my pain. Massage therapist is the most important factor for returning to the spa. I haven't met any message therapist more insightful than her about the body.
