I've been having monthly massage sessions with Irina for a couple of years. She is familiar with my neck, shoulder and back issues (and remembers what I need) so I don't have to explain each visit. I appreciate the attention to the time for the session. On occasion I've had to be somewhere right after and I don't need to worry if I'll be out in time. I love the background music during the massage.... it is helpful for me to relax to the sounds. I would love to have CDs of your music if Hand & Stone ever wants to sell them.

Very professional atmosphere. Quiet and relaxing. I find at some locations it can be noisy in other rooms and it can take away from the relaxing feeling when their is loud talking. Sometimes therapists can talk too much during massage services and I did not experience this with this with your location or your therapist. I highly recommend her and your location.

My therapist understood exactly the help I needed. He knew what pressure point to hit and what my body needed. My only concern is the value, as a company hand and stone is expensive.

Veronica was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. She listened as I explained the discomfort I have been experiencing, she asked helpful questions and genuinely showed concern for my well being. Veronica gave me the most customized massage I’ve ever received, and I will definitely be back to see her!

This Hand and stone location is terrific. The manager has a wonderful combo of professionalism while being genuine. He's lovely and treats clients with respect and humility. It's like a partnership. Jack (RMT) is fantastic. Consistent, great pressure, will adjust on the fly to any aches etc. Thrilled to have found him and to have treated myself to the membership! Keep doing what you are doing!

Vivian is excellent. Best facial I have ever had. She is very meticulous. I have recommended her to many people
