Hand and Stone

Staff Had a lot of knowledge on all the services. The area was very clean, calming, organized and friendly. It’s a very high end place and I willing return.

RMT is excellent, technique and pressure used is always perfect. Rooms are clean. Hot towels and heated tables are a nice bonus .

- Owners seem to be very hands on, present, welcoming, and very friendly and personable. - Therapist was very skilled, caring, and kind. - The place is spotless. Seems to be very well managed and cared for.

Unfortunately when I initially requested an appointment on the website I indicated that I would like an 80 minute hot stone massage as that is the service I had received a gift certificate for. When I arrived for my appointment I was made aware that I was instead scheduled for a 50 minute standard massage. Not wanting to create any problems, I took the appointment as-is.This is not anyone’s fault, but perhaps it can be treated as a learning opportunity for those booking appointments for clients via email. Please note that I had indicated that I would like an 80-minute hot stone massage twice in the correspondence. Additionally, if the appointment confirmation email had indicated the service, this probably could have been avoided. Despite this confusion, I am still highly satisfied with my experience.

This was my first time at Hand and Stone and it far exceeded my expectations. Liz was very professional and explained everything she was doing and did an analysis of my skin. I will definitely go back and am strongly considering becoming a member.

I ran about 10 minutes late for my appointment due to unexpected traffic on my way but my esthetician was friendly enough to stay a bit late to give me my full time anyway. Much appreciated!!
