The staff is courteous, I particularly enjoy my massages with Irina - she is knowledgable and applies just the right amount of pressure> The waiting room is clean and quiet. My only issue is you need to book well ahead of time if you want an appointment on the weekend. Weekdays I am usually okay.

The Therapist was a little bit behind schedule, 5 minutes maybe. Normally 5 minutes is is not an issue however I did have an appointment scheduled after the massage on this day. She made up for it with one of the best massages I've ever had. She knows her stuff when it comes to deep tissue massage. She was fantastic!

Therapist took time to work out all knots in my shoulders and neck and was very knowledgeable. I felt the tension that had build up immediatly released and the hot liquid packs used were amazingly soothing.

They exercise good customer service, attentive to your needs and are very efficient in running the business.

I love the location and the employees. Everyone is always nice and i never feel judged or persecuted for being a little late. I love being able to bring guests as well
