I enjoyed the interaction with the gentleman that I was welcomed by and at the front desk The female who answered my call whilst booking, when she was searching for available times used language of a child , “ummmm”,”uhh”. I don’t expect this when I’m calling a professional environment. I was a bit turned off, if I wasn’t in dire need of relief... I would’ve honestly cancelled. The booking is the first experience with the location. Should be great service from start to finish Also, room 6... will request to not be in there. Very noisy, heard people talking, blowing there nose through the walls. In addition to it being colder Lily, was fantastic -one of the best outside of a chiropractor office Gentleman at checkout, great personality and did not “rush” me out
