I checked other massage therapist locations in the area before booking at Hand & Stone. The ambience here was second to none. After meeting a few of the reception staff, my mind was made up. The therapist listened to my needs and addressed them accordingly. Thank you.

I have enjoyed almost all of the massages that I have had. There is advantage to that you have more than one RMT so you can try them until you find the one that suits your comfort level. The rooms are very quiet and the overall experience is very relaxing.

The receptionist was very organized offered me an opportunity to use the washroom before the massage treatment. The massage therapist was pleasant and encouraged my comfort with clear communication. The massage therapist used skill full techniques to relieve tension in my requested area of attention.

The massage therapist was knowledgeable in working on problem areas. The receptionist at the end of the visit was friendly and explained about the membership and other services, which I found helpful. Overall, the environment was relaxing but friendly.

I was very impressed with my massage therapist (Brenda). She was informative and helpful in explaining muscles as it related to my back.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I feel welcome and relaxed every time I'm there. They ask if I want to buy products but don't push them if I say no.

Every time I've been to Hand and Stone, the staff have always been really great. They listen to my issues and offer suggestions of areas to focus on that would help. They also change their focus if they notice other areas needing attention (e.g., stiffness), and I like that they do this. They also often check in re: pressure, temperature of the hot towels etc..
