Hand and Stone

Adam was knowledgeable and for sure applied firm pressure as I requested. As it was my first visit ... not a complaint; just an observation. Aside from asking if the pressure is okay, I just like a bit more silence during my treatment. Truly - it was not an issue ... just a few times where I tried to cut the dialogue short. I would like to try a few other therapists .. for no other reason than this is just the way I decide who is best for me. There seemed to be an assumption that I would stick with the same person; again, no problem but likely something best discussed in private!

Excellent and clean facility with friendly staff. The massage therapist, Jocelyn, was kind and incredible at her job. She allowed me to fully relax, explained what she was doing and how the treatment was helping my problem area (shoulders). I left the massage completely relaxed. My appointment also included a facial, which I had with Vivian, and she was also friendly and professional - this was my first experience getting a facial and she walked me through the process and did a fantastic job. I am completely satisfied with this whole experience and will happily come back!

When I arrived the staff was very friendly. The massage therapist was knowledgeable . He also spent the time to provide some advice on how to deal with my sore back at home. Adam was great

Port Credit H &S is one of the best Spas I have visited. The owners Nira and Micky are very friendly and greets you by your name. All the staff are wonderful. I love my Massage Therapist Irena. She knows exactly what I need. She is so caring and always makes me feel very welcome.
