I went in for a massage for the first time. I was very impressed with the service. Adam was super knowledgeable and helped me with my neck and shoulder issue.

I've been coming for over a year now and using one or two of the same masseusers (sp). Very happy with everything!

I have been having a lot of pain in my shoulders and back, my Therapist Ash has been able to relieve my pain, he is extremely talented and knowledgeable. I love the atmosphere at Hand and Stone, really feel a sense of calm and relaxation in each of my visits.

The massage therapist was great! Really friendly. Good at getting at my pressure points and I felt totally relaxed after.

H&S Port Credit is very well managed. Naira and Mickey always provide us the warmest welcomes and are very friendly people. The facility is always very clean and the ambiance is very nice. We love the hot towels, something that is not offered at most places. We have never been short changed our time (I always see what time we start and end and it is always at least the time we paid for). The one improvement that could be made is checking out. I always spend minimum 7-12 minutes trying to pay for the massages. I am excluding re-signing up for a new membership as i understand that takes longer. A typical time to pay for myself and my wife is minimum 7 minutes while the receptionist figures out how to deduct the massage from my prepaid membership and then figure out how to charge me the 30min add-on and tip. I always have to pay separately for mine and my wife's massages as the receptionist is not able to add them together. I don't mind doing this, but again, it adds another 1-2 minutes when we are trying to leave. In the grand scheme of things, this is very minor and overall we love H&S port credit. We will keep coming back!!

As my usual RMT is no longer working at this location I was leary of trying a new RMT however she came highly recommended by receptionist who booked my appt and I was completely satisfied with Irina. I slept so well that night that I actually slept in the next morning !! It was one of the best sleeps I have had in a while. I will def be asking for her again when I go back. The receptionist at the Port Credit location is a doll every time my hubby and I go in. She always remembers us and seems to take the same type of personal interest in all the clients she interacts with. I love this location and cannot wait to return once our benefits renew.

Staff are very welcoming. The therapist was excellent and the receptionist ensure I was assisted immediately.

The service addressed my needs. Joseline understood what I needed based on what I described to her. It was very effective.
