Very knowledgable and weren't tryin to sell products just to make money. They clearly cared about my overall well being.

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I've now been for two massages and became a member after my first massage (at the Port Credit location). I really appreciated not being pressured to become a member when paying for my first massage. I've seen Adam for both of my massages. He was excellent! He was always checking in with me to see how I was feeling and did a great job working some of the knots out of my back and neck. There's still a bit more work to do, but after a month of being sore I can finally turn my head with feeling any discomfort. He also took the time to show me some stretching exercises for my neck. Thank you Adam! Overall my first two visits have been very positive. I'll be back for more massages and also plan to have a facial in the future.

The massage therapist was very knowledgeable about triigger points and worked on them. The ambience in the couple room could be more comfortable. There was no place to hang up our clothes or sit down comfortably to dress up after the massage. Overall it was a very pleasant and relieving experience

Excellent therapy and friendly staff make a very good visit. Cost is also very competitive. Suggest a points reward plan for frequent users of the services.
