experience was great - no concerns about it. I didn't like the online booking process and I don't think I got a response as quickly as it said. I would prefer to be able to scan appointment time options and make my own decisions. I rarely have time to call and would prefer to be able to book online. I would choose a spa that had online booking over just phone if all other things are equal.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Lovely environment, had facial my skin looks amazing.

The whole experience was very professional and efficient and the environment was very relaxing, which was very nice. My only complaint for the entire experience is that while the introductory price is very reasonable, the massage prices for future appointments are significantly more expensive and therefore I cannot get massages as frequently. Overall though, the massage was great and effective and my therapist was very knowledgable.

My estitician Yasmeen and the Massage Therapist Bryan - both very friendly and professional. One thing that I always look for when going for a facial is will the estitician leave my room for 10 minutes after applying a mask. This is always a deal breaker for me and Yasmine stayed with me the entire time, gave me a wonderful arm massage while my mask was on. This is part of a wonderful experience and I will definately go back to Yasmine.
