Hand and Stone

I love the whole experience provided at hand and stone.

I just love the entire experience. I have now had three different therapists work on me and think all three are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. I will definitely be continuing my membership and have already recommended the spa to others. I also like the fact that I can have my husband in to enjoy the membership benefits a few times a year.

Like the cleaness

My overall experience at hand and stone was great. Although my appointment did not start on time, my therapist was extremely friendly and ended up giving me one of the best massages I've ever had. He did what I asked and modified the amount of pressure he used when I asked him to. This allowed me to have an extremely relaxing and pleasurable experience. Thanks to Peter, my back feels great!

I have to visit other massage centers to be able to give comparison and for now Hand & Stone was the first and only place I have ever been in Canada

I asked to include behind ears and by time I thought about it I let it go as appointment was coming to a close. But that’s a minor thing

I am close to 82 yrs of age and expected to have waxing on the bridge of my nose, very little around my eyebrows, my upper lip and chin. I was surprised to be told that I needed my whole face done. It was more than I expected.

The oil made my skin a bit tingly but calmed down, the massage therapist didn’t work on my head / neck area as much as I’d like, but otherwise she was professional and the experience was nice. Please tell her she did a good job!

I wish more appt times were available. The music is bad. Why can't you just play typical spa music like Rain or forest sounds?
