The staff here are always very friendly and welcoming. The massage therapists always make sure to address my requests and they respond well to feedback on pressure and preferences. Having gone post-covid I actually felt very safe, the therapist kept a mask and gloves on and didn't mind me keeping my mask on during the massage.
