I started my membership because I was dealing with an I T Band issue. I have not had any problems since I started my massage therapy at Hand and Stone with Ashley. She is an incredible massage therapist. It never ceases to amaze me how she knows exactly where and how to target my needs. The results are miraculous and my body is in full relief after each session. I always request Ashley and the sports massage. You need to market her to the sports community. You have a special therapist in your employ, she is so good. Not that she is leaving, but you need to do everything in your power to keep her there. Ashley is a problem solver and she is preventative medicine for active people. This is the Winter Park community and the student athletes are an untapped market. Good luck and take action.
