Receptionist is extremely professional friendly and ready to answer questions. Piper massage therapist is exceptional.

Overall everything was great - the only issue ... being that I was in the first massage room on the left ... was the amount of ambient noise coming from the reception desk area on the other side of the wall. Conversations they were having were easy to hear (massage therapist did a great job trying to cancel them out with the volume of the music), and there was also a lot of clattering / noise coming from the shelves at the back of the reception ... potentially from setting up and/or cleaning something.

The manager, as well as the therapist, are professionals who clearly take pride in providing a great experience for the customers. The therapist was very knowledgeable regarding delicate areas such as areas with varicose veins. I always feel better than I did when I walked in.

It provides the energy, the ambience, aura, and tranquility one would expect from a thoroughly thought out spa. Hand & Stone definitely good above and beyond.

Rene is wonderful! I have learned so much from her and I can tell I look better for her attention and care. I wish you had a place in College Park!

My therapist was warm and friendly. She listened to my needs and focused on those areas. After the massage I no longer had pain.
