Hand and Stone

I love Hand & Stone. The only bit of feedback is that my therapist from 6/8 in Winter Park was not very friendly. There was virtually no conversation at all before or after the massage. She did a WONDERFUL job at massaging me so no complaints there. She should have asked me at the start what level of pressure I preferred (she applied very heavy pressure and I needed to ask her to go lighter). She was AMAZING at massage, just needs to be a little more personable for my taste.

Dana is my favorite massage therapist at H&S. I always look forward to my appointments with her. She makes my experience very relaxing and enjoyable.

The theorists were very good, friendly and asked for feedback before and during services.

Rose Clark was very knowledgeable and was able to address my chronic back pain in a relaxing and competent fashion. The amount of pressure was perfect. I left feeling like a new man.

Reception Staff is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Massage Therapist Marcia is amazing!!

Because of all the questions you just asked me and I gave an answer too. It felt good. I liked the therapist. The massage was nice.

It was my first time getting a massage and I felt very comfortable with my massage therapist. She was very friendly and asked a few times how I was feeling/if the pressure was good.

I came in with a lot of low back and hip pain. Devin was very good with the deep tissue massage I asked for. He was kind enough to show me stretches that would help relieve my pain. It is now 24 hours after my massage. I still have pain (which I expect) but my range of motion is much better. I was pleased with Devin's ability and knowledge.

I am 94 years old, and handicapped. This did not cause any problems with any of the staff or the office people. The equipment table was lowered enough for me to transfer from my chair to the bed/table with no problem. I loved the facial, and was able to have a facial when ut had been most difficult to find a place that could accommodate me and my special needs.
